I specialize in beautifully designed brand identities for passionate small businesses and creatives. My expertise in design and drive to get to the heart of what makes you unique allows me to craft logos and brand suites that connect with your target audience and communicate your core.
My designs are thoughtfully crafted to match your business’ style and personality. I believe just because something is digital doesn’t mean it has to be cold. A brand should have personality—I’ll help you communicate who you are to your potential customers, and equip you with all the tools to continue to convey that visually once our work together is done.
A bit about my background: I graduated with my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking in 2007 from Memphis College of Art and after the completion of my MFA from Bowling Green State University in May 2011, I moved to Columbus, Ohio with my husband and dog, where I worked as a communications director and managing editor while developing my own business in my spare time. Since 2010 I have been the online editor for Black Ocean, and joined Tinderbox Editions as their book designer in 2015, and I continue to work one-on-one with entrepreneurs and creatives to bring their branding to life.
After the birth of my daughter in 2013, my family returned to our native Michigan and bought a home in Ferndale, and our family has grown: we now have two under the age of four (and our trusty pup still at our side!), who are often creating alongside me as I work. I'm continually inspired by the culture and creative community of Ferndale and Detroit, and happy to call this area my home.
